Interviewers at Roblox will look for evidence that you can balance speed with risk-awareness and keep the team informed while acting independently.

Typical flow in the interview: the interviewer asks for an example, you frame the problem and constraints, you describe the actions you owned and decisions made, then you share the outcome and retrospective. Expect follow-ups probing prioritization, failure cases, stakeholder buy-in, and how you measured impact.

Skill signals to demonstrate: self-management and time prioritization, autonomous decision-making and trade-off analysis, end-to-end ownership and project leadership, effective communication when acting independently, and learning from setbacks.
